🛠️ Workshop Policies

Once your order or registration is submitted, we immediately begin preparing your personalized project.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS.
If you cannot attend, you may either:
- Forfeit your registration/project, or
- Pick up all supplies to complete at home (you must provide any additional materials, e.g., glue).
Notification Requirement: Email us at hammerandstainva@gmail.com if you cannot attend. Failure to notify us or no-shows result in forfeiture of your payment and project.
Projects are held for up to 30 days; after this period, payment and project are forfeited.

All kit orders are processed at the time of purchase, and payment is required in full before shipping.

If your kit is damaged during shipping, email hammerandstainva@gmail.com within 7 days with photos for replacement or resolution.
Kits are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Hammer & Stain is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if incorrect information is given.
Store your kit safely after delivery. Hammer & Stain is not responsible for damage after delivery.

By participating in workshops or using our kits, you assume all risks of injury or damage.
Hammer & Stain is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or accidents.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to remove participants from workshops for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
All designs, stencils, and project instructions are for personal use only. Reproduction or resale is prohibited without written permission.

Hammer & Stain may cancel or reschedule workshops due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergencies, carrier delays, etc.).
In case of company cancellation, you will receive a rescheduled date or full refund for workshops.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Any disputes will be resolved under Virginia jurisdiction.
