Once your order has been submitted, there are no refunds or credits.

If you can’t attend: You may request your project as a take-home kit within 30 days. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit payment.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

To maintain a focused environment and provide all our registered makers with the personalized attention they deserve, we ask that you do not bring unregistered guests to the workshop, whether it's a public session or a private party.

• Why? Our staff, space, and materials are set up specifically for the number of people who have registered. An unexpected guest can take attention away from the paying makers and disrupt the class flow.
• What if I bring someone? If an unregistered guest attends, they will be kindly asked to step out of the workspace.
• Can I buy an extra seat? If you'd like to bring a friend, please reach out to us beforehand to inquire about purchasing an extra seat. This request will be subject to approval, depending on the class size and space available.

By completing your registration, you agree to these guidelines, which help us ensure a wonderful, focused, and fun experience for all of our registered makers!

Please keep in mind that since your item is a hand-painted, finished craft piece (not a raw clay project), the final result may have subtle, charming characteristics:

• Minor Surface Details: The pre-formed ceramic piece may have tiny, subtle bumps or marks on the surface that are part of the manufacturing process. These are normal and add to the unique, handcrafted feel.
• Hand-Painting Variations: The paint, glitter, or sealing materials are all applied by hand. This means the finish may have slight brushstrokes, small texture changes, or minor variations in color coverage.

We do our very best to ensure high-quality blanks and provide you with excellent materials, but we cannot guarantee absolute factory perfection.

We are confident that the time, care, and creativity you put into painting your piece will make it a beautiful, one-of-a-kind treasure!
